Yes. All BBM team members are fully insured, bonded, and background-checked for your safety and peace of mind.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If something doesn't meet your expectations, just contact us within 24 hours and we'll return for a complimentary touch-up.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel with no fees when done 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.
How do you determine the service price?
Prices are based on property size, service type, condition, and add-ons. For renovations and repairs, we provide a custom quote after a walkthrough.
How does BBM handle damages or incidents?
In the rare case of an incident, our insurance coverage protects both the client and our team. Any issue is documented and resolved quickly and professionally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, ACH, and checks. For recurring services, automatic billing is available.
Does BBM bring the same crew every time?
We do our best to keep consistency. If your usual team is unavailable, we send a replacement crew — always insured, trained, and supervised.
